Trade Renaissance Ltd (TRL) is a full turnkey technologies solutions hub and a next-generation supply chain enabling business connecting the world with China. Founded by entrepreneurs and senior management veterans from four countries in 2019, TRL has more than 50 members, with expertise in consulting, operations and development, and more.


TRL is also a strategic worldwide re-seller and official partner of Tencent, with a focus on the retail, telco, media and healthcare sectors.

With offices based in Hong Kong, Shenzhen, and New York, TRL offers end-to-end capabilities for customized requirements from strategic consulting, digital solutions, programs implementation, as well as system integration services. We also provide strategic and financial advisory services for leading and emerging businesses from our New York office.

Jens Monsees
CEO & Managing Director, WPP AUNZ

Jens is an experienced digital leader with a global track record for driving digital and creative transformation, innovation and strategy across a range of businesses and industries. Prior to being appointed Managing Director and CEO of WPP AUNZ, Jens was Chief Digital Officer and Senior Vice President Digital Strategy at BMW Group, headquartered in Munich, where he defined and implemented a digital transformation program that reshaped BMW from an auto manufacturer into a data-driven, mobility tech company. 

Jens has held a range of senior executive positions with global companies, including Global CEO, Digital Marketing at Arvato AG (part of the Bertelsmann Group), Global Innovation Manager and Global Brand Manager for the BMW Group and several roles with Google where he was Director of Branding for Automotive, Retail, FMCG and Health Care as well as Industry Leader Automotive. His brand and product marketing experience includes roles at Mondelez, Colgate Palmolive and Schwarzkopf & Henkel. Jens holds advisory seats with the international digital and e-commerce start-ups, Azoya, Nunatek and Design AI.

Makoto Yoda (依田 誠)

Makoto-san has been with over 30 years international trading and business localization experiences worldwide during his glorious career serving Mitsubishi Coporation, the largest Corporation business of Japan. He had spent also over 10 years working and living in China and based in Shanghai, Beijing and Hong Kong during his role as the General Manager of Living Essentials Business and General Manager Retail Business of Mitsubishi Corporation China till 2019. 

After his retirement from Mitsubishi Corporation China, he was specially invited by Dr. Stephan Tai, GBM GBS, SBS, JP and the Founder and Chairman of Four Seas Group, headquartered in Hong Kong, and now serving the group as Assistant to Chairman upon Japan business.

Joel Palix

Marc Ardisson
Founder & CEO, New Times Creative

With 20 years of experience in the eCommerce, Marc Ardisson managed several Digital activities in Fashion, Cosmetic, Luxury, and Life-Style industry working for Brands, Agencies, and Retailers.   

His experience includes working as Global Digital Director for CHANEL cosmetic based in Paris and New York, run international Nespresso account for McCann Erickson agency, distribute brands on omnichannel projects in Asia for Louis Vuitton, Amore Pacific, L’Oreal, Samsonite, Under Armour and many other clients. Worked in the digital industry for the past 25 years, and spent the last 15 years focusing on Asian markets. 

Based in Hong Kong, he joined in Feelunique.com in 2017 as their Asia Managing Director handling the UK cosmetic growth from Hong Kong. Focusing on existing China Cross-Border success his plan is to open the platforms to other Asian markets, bringing Japanese and Korean cosmetic on the platform and building a one-of-kind Distribution Center in Hong Kong.

With over 15 years in ICT industries across Bouygues Telecom (France), IBM (France) and AXA (France), etc. and participated and in leader position in many enterprise technologies sectors such as Telecom, Finance, E-commerce and Insurance, etc. Huaxing is a samurai in high technologies nowadays such as SaaS services, enterprise software quality assurance, test automation, DevOps, Cloud and AI-based enterprise solutions.

Based in Paris, Huaxing organized and in charge of multiple enterprises IT developers training, focus on delivering high quality IT solution to support the need of business activities. Huaxing also enjoys sharing with the technologies community with his insights upon China market technologies trends, IT solutions and new services now empowering business digital transformation worldwide, digital tools for omni-channel & personalization retailing in the oriental and western world, digital marketing & advertising technologies, etc.

Don Zhao
Co-Founder & Director, Azoya Group

Azoya is a leading Cross-border E-commerce business to China since 2013 serving premium global retailers/E-tailers across over 11 countries. The company was invested by multiple leading venture capitals and private equities in China including Lenovo Holdings (Legend Capital), CITIC International (CLSA), as well as State-owned Enterprise (SoE) TF Securities, etc.

Before founding Azoya, Don formerly was the Mobile Broadband Services Marketing Director of Huawei Technologies, and voted as the youngest technical services management professional (Level 5) of Huawei Sales & Services Team (SSST) before 2013. He was in charge of a gross amount over 1.2 billion USD mobile Telco services business worldwide before his left and worked hand-in-hand with leading Telcos, e.g. Vodafone, France Telecom, Deustche Telekom, EE (now part of British Telecom), Bharti Airtel, Zain, Etisalat, MTN, etc. since 2006.
